Gerald has a natural understanding of detailed systems, and ability to convey what he knows about them in everyday language. His extensive background in retail sales, management, product design and professional photography compliment the logistics training he received during his enlistment in the United States Air Force. Gerald “gets it.”

Scott Alberts, Graphic Design & Commercial Artist
Scott is no ordinary graphic designer! A truly versatile artist, equally adept at nearly any style and medium, from cartoons to digital creations–even photo-realism–you’ll be blown away by what he brings to the table. Responsible for our logo creations (among many things), his reputation precedes him nationwide.

Susan Hamilton, Copywriter
Susan has a passion for helping small business and home-based service companies nationwide succeed using innovative and non-traditional marketing strategies. Her unique perspective stems from extensive volunteer work with children and educators, and a lifetime of experience within the small business sector. She’s a strong and detailed copywriter with excellent communication skills.

Kent Crain, Sales
Kent has an interesting, multi-regional understanding of small business issues. He knows what companies struggle with, and knows how to help. Holding  two Bachelor’s Degrees and one Associate’s Degree, he’s a well-learned man with an endearing personality. Friendly, informed and compassionate, everyone can feel at ease discussing their marketing challenges with Kent. He truly listens to people and believes his first responsibility is to you.
