This blog redesign is the first of a two-part project. The original Xuron Corp. WordPress theme could no longer be updated and was in need of a new look.
This theme could no longer be updated, and it needed a new look to conform to the corporate visual brand.
Challenges:
Many of the images on this blog were too large to load quickly. There were many broken links and even more orphan pages. Categories and tags needed refining.
What We Did:
As a quick turnaround project, we replaced the old WordPress theme with a customized responsive one that tested nicely on mobile devices. We also replaced missing images, fixed broken links, and tackled only the most prominent problems related to categories and tags.
The new Xuron Tool Box blog incorporates their corporate branding, and is streamlined with a minimalist-type custom WordPress theme.
What’s Next:
A new corporate website is under construction on a staging server. Remaining SEO and information architectural issues are being addressed on the new site, which will seamlessly absorb this redesigned blog.
